Refund Policy

At Shyft Digitally, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing solutions that drive results. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to exceed expectations in everything we do. However, due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy.

1. Service-Based Policy

Because our offerings involve time, planning, resources, and expertise, most of our services are non-refundable once work has commenced. These include (but are not limited to):

  • SEO Services

  • PPC Campaign Setup & Management

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Web Development & Design

  • Content Creation

  • Branding & Creative Services

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • You cancel a service before any work has started.

  • There was a duplicate or accidental payment.

  • We fail to deliver a promised service due to our own error, and resolution is not possible.

Note: Eligibility is determined after an internal review. Refunds will not be issued due to a lack of desired results, as marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

3. No Refunds Under These Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The project is already in progress or completed

  • Client delays or non-responsiveness affect the timeline

  • There is a change of mind after the project starts

  • The dissatisfaction is based on preferences not outlined in the original brief

  • Third-party service interruptions occur (e.g., Google, Meta)

4. Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your bank or credit card provider, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at billing@shyftdigitally.ca. Most issues can be resolved quickly and professionally through direct communication.

5. Turnaround Time for Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • The amount will be credited back using the original payment method

  • Any third-party fees (e.g., transaction or processing fees) may be deducted.
